Mir Apparels Established since 2015. We are based in Sialkot Pakistan. Mir Apparels is a premier manufacturer of sportswear and fitness wear and casual wear and exporters to the world at large. We are local family owned business with truly global aspirations.
Our products line transcends the bench-marked listings of most companies in our league, manufacturing sportswear and fitness wear and casual wear. We are always at the top of our game. Procuring raw materials from only quality vendors, we ensure that the finished product being exported and shipped abroad represents the best in Pakistani craftsmanship and are as per the exacting requirements of our valued clients.
Our mission is vested in our business philosophy efficiently designed processes enable us to meet our client demands on time. We are leading manufacturer sportswear and fitness wear and casual wear suppliers in Pakistan, specializing primarily in sportswear fitness wear and casual wear of all types, we make a committed effort at inducing innovation in our work. Just as the nature of sports is evolutionary so is our obligation at offering the very best in athletic wear which is both practical and comfortable as well.

HISTORY

From humble beginnings our journey is that off passion, we believe in what we do and have confidence in the quality and resilience of what we create and moreover in the service which we offer. At the very start, there was an idea – a desire to not just do but do well. Essentially a family firm MIR APPARELS   is all about the love of sports instilled within us, developed along generations till it has taken its current form.

Staring of with a single unit we have gradually grown to cater to and offer a wide variety of sporting goods and wears to our valued clients. Dealing with fulfilling the requirements of over 60 growing clients and customers the products we offer are durable.

Our in house team of skilled workers and management professionals are experts in their field and the best of the best. When you put your trust in us, we carry it through and deliver.

SOCIAL POLICY

OUR SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

We at MIR APPARELS are striving at our optimum for the betterment of our products and services. As well as we are trying to adopt and implement all international standards and we make the most of our inclusive resources to fulfill the requirements of these standards. In this regard our most recent endeavor is to promote an environment of mutual confidence edged by our company and employees. And to accomplish our SOCIAL and MORAL responsibility we are working on international standards to fulfill the following parameters.

  1. Child Labor: MIR APPARELS does not engage in the use of child labor (under age of 16) & provide them resources for basic and compulsory education, for young workers (between age group of 16 to 20) provide part time job and educational facility and do not expose such workers to such conditions which are unsafe for their health.
  2. Forced Labor: MIR APPARELS does not engage in or support the use of forced labor in any condition, even employment must be provided on formal contract with determined conditions, which should not be against the local labor law
  3. Health & Safety: It is necessary to provide healthy and safe working environment to every employee. We have structural safety manuals for several infrastructural projects, fire control system empowered with the support of Rescue 1199 and Fire Retardant arrangements for emergency happenings. Water filter plant imported from Taiwan at MIR APPARELS not only serves its internal audience of around 1400 employees but also provide free clean water to the surrounding areas.
  4. MIR APPARELS under the health compliance provide first aid to all their employees. Moreover, health insurance is provided to all MIR APPARELS permanent employees.
  5. Environment: To make air emissions less hazardous and to ensure cleaner air quality that makes ecological aura fresh and natural. To use hybrid filtered plants to makes the chemical process environment friendly and empowers water conservation. To apply waste management and recycling methodology that, eventually, reduces the hazardous burden of raw materials on the community
  6. Discrimination: There should be no discrimination with the employees in hiring, remuneration, access to training, promotion, termination or retirement based on race, cast, national origin, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, union membership, political affiliation, or age. Employees have a right of association & collective bargaining.
  7. Disciplinary Practices: There should not be any mental or physical punishment, fine or verbal abuses.
  8. Working Hours: Working hours should not be more than 8 hours per day (48 hours per week) & overtime should not be exceed the limit of 2 hours per day (12 hours per week).
  9. Remuneration: Salary, Overtime, Leaves, Leave Encasement, Social Security, Employee Old Age Benefit, Pension, Insurance, Gratuity and Annual Bonuses should be paid conferring to the labor law.
